Okay, stop rolling your eyes… I know you’ve heard that before, but please let me explain.

Who am I?

Hi, I’m Laura…

… and I am a certified Metabolic Typing Adviser.

I became interested in The Metabolic Type Diet when I was looking for a way to change my own body.

I never had too much trouble with my weight or energy until I hit my 40s.

Then all of a sudden the things that used to work for me, stopped working.

I tried lots of different diets, just like every other woman I know, Fat Flush, Low Carb, Low Fat, No Carb, No Fat, Grapefruit, Raw Food, etc.

The problem was that all of these diets worked only “temporarily,” and I was always HUNGRY!!!

And on top of being hungry, I still had a lot of cravings for things like sugar and fat.

Little did I know that I was sabotaging my body by eating foods that were making me hungry, making me have cravings, and zapping me of energy, because they were not right for MY BODY.

Then I learned about this lifestyle change, and the light bulb turned on.

I started to study the system and apply the food principles I learned from Metabolic Diet Typing to my own diet, and everything started to come into balance.

Only, I could not tell my friends to do the same thing as me, because I learned through studying Metabolic (Metabolism) Typing that they had different needs than me.

What works for me may not work you, and what works for you may not work for your friend, or sister, or mother.
