You, no doubt, are looking for answers on what would be the best approach to getting in shape, right? All of a sudden, you are ready and you want to get in shape, or back into shape, or are looking to put a little spice into your workout routine, or eliminate boredom. Maybe you have hit a weight loss plateau and you are looking to break it.

Whatever your reason, and you don’t even really need one, if you are looking for fitness training tips, you will find them here. Whether you are a busy mom, executive, or just want more results for the time you spend working out you can find answers here.

First, if you are busy, like most of us women are, then you need to learn about High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT. With HIIT training, you will get twice the results from your workouts in half the time. Learn more about High Intensity Interval Training.

Being pressed for time is a dilemma for everyone, so I love fast home workout routines that blast a lot of calories in a little bit of time.  Here is a 6-minute pre-party fat blaster that you can fit in any time!

A great way to enhance any fitness routine is to add some yoga into your week. Adding one day a week of yoga will greatly enhance your flexibility, posture, muscle tone and overall sense of well being. Check out some ideas for yoga routines that you can explore.

How is your tummy looking these days? Are you happy with it? I know a lot of women, especially those in their 40s and 50s are not happy with their bellies. If are looking concerned about your tummy, and want to know how to get a “flat belly” you first need to read the truth about abs so you know the reality about what it takes to get 6 pack abs.

If you love dancing, then check out Zumba. It’s a Latin-fusion dance workout that will have sweating and burning calories while having tons of fun too.

I know that most women LOVE working their lower body, like I do. So if you would like to learn about the best leg exercises or best butt exercises, you can find that here too.

And…if you’ve been working out HARD, and you find yourself needing some pain relief, check out these great passive exercises for pain relief  that really work.  Do them at the end of the day when you are watching TV and unwinding before bedtime.

I will be adding more information and lots of new articles here for you over time so be sure to sign up for my newsletter so you know when I put them up!
