Why I Love Home Workouts

If you want to workout at home, all you need is a body!

I am on a mission to teach home workouts!  That mission is to get all women exercising 5, 10, 20 minutes or more, every day.  The fact is, if you have a body, you can workout.  You don’t need any fancy-schmancy equipment, you don’t need a gym membership or an expensive treadmill or bike.  You just really need your body.

Don’t be an Infomercial Sucker!

So many people fall prey to the infomercials selling them gadgets to workout that end up becoming clothes hangers in their bedrooms, or taking up space in their garage.

Here’s a tip, clear out the garage, put that equipment that you NEVER use on Craigslist, and go get a pair of running shoes, a couple of hand weights, a jump rope and a box to toss that stuff in.  There you have it…a gym in a box.

I am not kidding here.  You don’t need a lot to get in shape.  I teach bootcamp in the park and we get amazing workouts with just our bodies, the grassy hills, the park benches, and even the kids’ monkey bars.

I think the problem is that most women just don’t know WHAT TO DO???  It’s confusing, because there are so many workouts floating around, you’re not sure which is best for you.  What’s best for you is to get moving, and I’m going to show a bunch of ways you can do it at home, with the kids running around, and a roast in the oven (okay maybe it’s just canned tuna).

I get it, you’re busy, I’m busy, the kids are busy… we are all soooooo BIZZIE.  But I know that you make time to go shopping, gab on the phone with the GFs and watch Real Housewives (I do!).  But you know what I do, while I’m watching it sometimes, I work out.

This section is going to be giving you a variety of home-style workouts, just download the workout from right here, and get started.  I’ll be posting regular home workouts so that you don’t get bored.  You can mix and match the shorter ones into longer workouts.

But seriously, even if you only have a few minutes, grab one of these videos and do it.  You will be so surprised how these little fat-burning workouts burn big-time fat come end of week.  It adds up, I promise.

Now get up from that chair and get moving, hurry, you have a few minutes right now!!!!
