I know that for a fact, because I spent two weeks sailing at sea, and I had oatmeal every morning, and never once was it cooked! No joke! I made this recipe (or a version of it) every day. It’s great in the summer and hot weather because you are getting all the benefits of ‘rib-sticking” oatmeal in a delish and satisfying smoothie.

To make this easy, super healthy oatmeal smoothie recipe for weight loss you just take some raw, uncooked oats and blend them into your smoothie. The oatmeal is loaded with fiber which keeps you full for hours.

How to Make The Oatmeal Protein Breakfast Smoothie:

Oatmeal Smoothie:

  • 1  – cup water or almond milk
  • 1/3  – frozen banana
  • 1/2 –  cup frozen berries
  • 1  – tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1  – scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 –  cup oatmeal
  • 2 – scoops Stevia
  • 2-3 – ice cubes (Optional)
  • 2-3 – stalks kale (Add Optional)

Remember the kale is optional! You don’t have to use it, but it really adds so much nutrition to this recipe and truly puts this smoothie into the superstar category of healthy recipes for weight loss because it adds extra calcium and fiber.
