How to Make The Oatmeal Protein Breakfast Smoothie:
- 1 – cup water or almond milk
- 1/3 – frozen banana
- 1/2 – cup frozen berries
- 1 – tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 – scoop protein powder
- 1/2 – cup oatmeal
- 2 – scoops Stevia
- 2-3 – ice cubes (Optional)
- 2-3 – stalks kale (Add Optional)
Place all ingredients in Mixture and blend until smooth and creamy.
