If you live in Southern California in the Orange County area, and you are interested in small group boot camp style training, then come and give us a try. You will get a workout that is unmatched by any other SoCal Bootcamp!

Your training with be in a small group, usually around 8 to 10 people, and you will get personal attention to be sure you are getting the most out of your training.

I like to call Fresh Fitness Boot Camp “small group training” because it’s more like personal training and you’re definitely going to get noticed! You WILL to work really hard, so don’t think it’s some kind of “girly” camp where you’re going to get away with giving a ho-hum effort. We’re not drill sergeants and we’re not powder-puffs either.

In our small group training, you won’t get “lost in the crowd.” Our boot camp style classes are small enough to ensure that you get the attention you need, yet tough enough to ensure that you get an amazing workout that will change your body faster than you can imagine.

Classes change constantly, so you’ll never get bored. We’re always changing exercises, adding exercises, and ensuring that you work your ENTIRE body each time you work out with us.  And I only train you using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and the reason for that is simple… HIIT burns more fat than any other exercise!

Our small group classes help you lean up, get strong, and have tons of energy all day long!

We are located in Ridgecrest Park in Aliso Viejo.  It’s on the corner of Aliso Creek and Eastwing.  There’s a parking lot and street parking as well.  Choose your option of 1, 2 or 3 times a week.

It’s a great park, and in the summer the moms in class even bring their kids and the kids can play in the park too!

Classes are one-hour long, and remember we are outside, and it can get hot, so dress cool and wear sunglasses or a baseball cap to shield your face and eyes.

Bring a bottle of water, a small towel, a yoga mat and a 3 or 5-pound weight if you have one.
