How Can You Add Turmeric To Your Diet?

An easy way to add turmeric to your daily diet is to include dried turmeric powder in recipes that you already made.  For example, you can add a teaspoon to your salad dressings.

Another way to add turmeric to your daily diet is to put turmeric in your scrambled eggs!  It’s a super yummy way to add it in.  This way you can also use some salt and pepper, and pepper is known to increase the benefits of turmeric by 100 times!

Another super way that I personally like to add turmeric to my diet is through juicing.  What you do is go buy some turmeric root at the your organic grocer.  I buy mine at Whole Foods.

I add a piece of the turmeric root about the size of my thumb to my juicer along with carrots and apples.   It gives the juice such an amazing taste!  And I seriously mean this stuff works.  If I have a headache or any aches and pains, I make this juice, and in about 20 minutes (similar to the time it takes for Ibuprofen to work) my pain is gone.

Turmeric root will last a pretty long time in the fridge so if you are going to buy the root, buy plenty of it so you will have it on hand.
